Pantone's Currently In: Ultra Violet
I’ll admit, the last time I was genuinely obsessed with purple was the couple of years I was obsessed with Justin Bieber. I loved and needed everything purple. But ever since then I was never really into the color again, I would find something cool every now and then but clothes wise it wasn’t really something I was into. Ever since Pantone announced Ultra Violet as their 2018 color of the year, of course more brands came out with items according to the trend. I recently bought a chunky purple sweater in & Other Stories and although I’m a little surprised, I got to say I’m obsessed with it! I linked it below along with some other cool Ultra Violet (or variations of the color) items. While purple is still not totally my color and it’s often hard to wear, sometimes I’ll see something cool I really like, plus it’s fun to follow the trend for at least a year!
PS: Don't take me mentioning JB as me not knowing Prince and Bowie were the true purple using "pioneers", I do and I love them for it.
